Try the Niman Ranch pickled corned beef and cabbage, with braised potatoes and carrots and a homemade Dijon butter sauce. Other specials, including a Reuben corned beef, will be available in addition to the regular menu. At the Riverwalk and City Grille restaurants, try Friskey Whiskey, made with Jameson, or Shamrock Juice, a blend of vodka, gin, rum and tequila with a hint of blue curacao and orange juice.
